E-visa
Advantages of e-visa
- Obtaining time is no more than 4 days.
- Consular fee of $40 (children under 6 years - free).
- For tourist, business, humanitarian and family purposes.
- Possibility to apply online.
- Invitations, hotel reservations or others documents is not required.
Disadvantages of e-visa
- The validity period is not more than 16 days.
- A limited number of border authority points for entry and exit (for example, you cannot cross the border by train from Helsinki or by car from Kirkenes).
- Difficulty in uploading photos - hard photo requirements.
- The risk of incorrect filling in the questionnaire (very many tourists in 2020 were denied entry).
- E-Visa is with a single entrance.
- Not for all countries, but most European countries are included in this list.
- The validity period of an e-visa is 60 days from the date of issue.
Multi-Visa
The main rule for obtaining a 1-year visa is the validity of your passport for 1.5 years. If you want to get a 2-years visa, you need your passport to be valid for 2.5 years and have a history of 1-year multi-visa previously. The same rule can be applied for 3-years and 5-years visas.
